- Dosage & administration - In Kidney Transplant:
- IVIg with plasma exchange - 0.1 to 0.5g/kg post exchange
- IVIg alone - 2 g/kg to a maximum of 140g as a single dose or 2 to 3.5g/kg in divided dose
