Job Description
  • Develop and implement short term and long term strategic marketing/Brand plans, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budget.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans with respect to maximizing the growth of the brands in order to ensure the growth of the brands.
  • Conducting marketing induction - training sessions for the sales force on the marketing initiatives, communication strategies, their roles and responsibilities in the implementation of Brand activities and action plan.
  • Review and analyze product portfolio sales on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinating with various support departments like SCM, Warehouse, Purchase, external agencies like designing/ advertising agency, input providers, printers, vendors etc. for achieving operational objectives.
  • Ensuring timely dispatch/delivery of inputs- Promotional materials, products samples, user kits etc.
  • Assist to conduct quarterly/yearly cycle- briefing meetings, CMEs, events, Webinars etc.
