Job Description

• Check and monitor day to day Fermentation production activity.
• Supervise Fermentation operations as per production schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouse for raw material stock.
• Prepare operational SOPs, BPRs and training to the subordinate.
• Prepare change controls, deviation etc.
• Maintain safety standard inside fermentation plant.
• Provide job training to the operators and chemists.
