Job Description

• To plan and execute preventive maintenance of instruments as per schedule and coordination with concern department.
• Installation, qualification and maintenance of PLC, SCADA, HMI etc.
• To execute calibration of instruments as per schedule and coordination with concern department.
• Evaluation of man power & work distribution according to maintenance procedure.
• Taking corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition of the maintenance work and improve reliability and efficiency of instruments.
• Erection and commissioning of new instruments in process area and utility area.
• Responsible for inventory control and spare management.
• Prepare and execute safety related permits for work in plant area as per safety guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain documentation work of Engineering department as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• To maintain GMP documentation like logbook, records and status labels for preventive maintenance and calibration.
